The title is clickbait - sorry! Marlon takes a solo look at an announcement by Macron to host all the country's political forces on the 23rd of August to determine who the next prime minister will be.

 

The news sets off the typical paper-selling speculation about who the next Prime Minister might be (mostly familiar names, though one wacky hypothesis).

 

And Marlon goes over a minor Trotskyist sect and why the National Rally wants to kick it out of a beautiful beach side summer blitz.
